Restaurant Tools
Building HMWAS: a practical restaurant intelligence system for invoices, recipes, conversions, food cost, inventory, reports, and operator trust.
Restaurant operator · AI hobbyist · practical systems nerd
I am Bridger Loftin. I cook, run ideas through the real-world pressure cooker, build tools with AI, and keep asking whether technology can make daily work feel less dumb and more alive.
Creative enough to chase the strange idea. Operator enough to ask if it works on a Tuesday lunch rush.
What I Do
Building HMWAS: a practical restaurant intelligence system for invoices, recipes, conversions, food cost, inventory, reports, and operator trust.
Using AI agents as collaborators, not magic dust. The goal is less copy-paste, better handoffs, and tools that remember context.
Social media systems, dashboards, photos, reporting, writing, and little automations that make the workday lighter.
AI, But Grounded
The interesting part is not asking a model to sound smart. It is teaching it the business, the workflow, the taste, the constraints, and the mistakes that happen when software meets humans.
Food & Cooking
I think about recipes as flavor, labor, memory, margin, and muscle memory all at once. A burger is not just a burger when you have to buy it, prep it, price it, photograph it, explain it, and make it right every time.
Dog Person
I am firmly pro-dog: the kind of person who believes a good dog can improve a bad day faster than most software.
Curiosity
AI, music, writing, dashboards, cooking, photography, weird scripts, better prompts, cleaner systems. I like the place where craft meets leverage.
